AIR: 20 minutes from Caboolture Airfield.
45 minutes from Brisbane airport (domestic and international).
BUS: Regular bus service operates around the residential area of the island and to Caboolture Railway Station. Bus tours are also available.
RAIL: Electric rail runs regularly from Caboolture to Brisbane

SEA: Ferry cruises up Pumicestone Passage and to Moreton Island and charter game fishing and coral reef diving off Moreton Island.
TAXI: Local service around the island and to Caboolture, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.

SHOPPING FACILITIES: Excellent shopping with several key shopping centres.

General Information
Bribie Island is an attractive and unspoilt 31 kilometre long island, an easy 1 hours drive north of Brisbane. It is Queensland's only offshore island linked by bridge and is separated from the mainland by Pumicestone Passage, a stunningly beautiful passage of water that is home to more than 350 species of birdlife, dugongs, turtles and dolphins. It also provides excellent fishing and boating.
